Find your pathway

There are two ways to work with me. Both are designed to help you build an aligned working life that's yours. The difference is in the shape and delivery of the support.

Classic coaching

Fluid, person-centred sessions with no fixed route. You bring what feels most present each week and we follow it. Four pathways to choose from depending on how much time and support you want.

Aonach

A structured six-month programme built specifically for career change. A map, a method, and a more intensive level of support - for the woman who knows she wants to change direction and needs more than a blank page each week.

Classic coaching

Fluid, dynamic, and completely person-centred.

Each session starts from wherever you are. You bring what feels most present - a decision, a feeling, something that's been sitting heavy, or just a general sense that something needs to shift - and we follow it. There's no set agenda, no fixed route, no phases to work through.

Some weeks you'll arrive with something specific. Other weeks you'll just know you need space to untangle whatever's going on. Both are fine. We work with wherever you are, and you leave with something more useful than you came in with.

This is the option that works best when you want a proper thinking partner and the freedom to go wherever the work needs to go - without a prescribed path to follow. The only decision is how many sessions you want.

If you know you want to change direction entirely and need something more structured to hold onto while you do, Aonach is built for that.

Choose your pathway

All four pathways use the same classic coaching approach. The difference is simply how many sessions you want and how long you'd like that support to run

Wainwright

A one-off extended session, because sometimes that's enough to change everything.

Not every situation calls for a longer commitment. Sometimes you're at a specific career crossroads, facing a decision that feels bigger than you can think through alone. Sometimes you just need a proper space to untangle what's going on in your head before you can move forward.

You'll arrive with whatever's weighing on you. We'll work through it together. And you'll leave with a clearer head and a sense of what to do next.

  • One 90-minute session | £150

    • You're facing a specific decision and need space to think it through properly

    • You're preparing for something significant - a role change, a difficult conversation, a leap you've been putting off

    • You've worked with me before and want a one-off session to recalibrate

    • Clarity you didn't have when you sat down.

    • A sense of your next step, and the confidence to take it.

    • And sometimes - more than you expected.

    • A pre-start guide on what to expect, so you're not arriving in the dark

    • Pre-start invitational exercises to help you optimise your coaching journey

    • Session notes after each session if you'd find them helpful

    • Tools and resources when they're relevant to what you've brought

    • A personalised client portal to keep everything for your career alignment journey in one place

Corbett

Four sessions across two months, for when you know what you want to work on - you just need support doing it.

There's a difference between knowing something needs to shift at work and actually doing something about it.

The Corbett is for that moment - when you've decided you're done waiting and you want some proper support while you figure out what comes next.

This isn't about having everything figured out by session one. The work often starts with just being honest about where you are and what isn't working. From there, we move forward together.

  • Four 60-minute sessions over 2-months

    £420 | £105 per session

    • You're exploring a career change but aren't sure yet what direction to go

    • You have a defined goal - a new role, a promotion, a clearer sense of your options - and want support getting there

    • You want accountability and a thinking partner while you work through what you want your career to look like

    • You're ready to move on something and want someone in your corner while you do

    • A clearer sense of your direction.

    • Some tools and practices that actually fit how you think and live.

    • And the momentum to keep going when the sessions are over.

Donald

Eight sessions over four months, for when you're ready to go deeper.

The Donald is for the people who've been circling the same feelings for a while - the quiet sense that work should feel different to this, the exhaustion of trying to make a role fit that never quite has, the growing disconnect between who you are and what your day-to-day asks of you.

The roots of career misalignment usually go deeper than the role itself. They're tied up in identity, in values that have never been properly explored, in years of decisions made on what seemed sensible rather than what felt right. Eight sessions gives us the time to actually get to the bottom of it.

This is where real shifts happen - not just in how you think about your career, but in how you see yourself and what you understand yourself to be capable of.

  • Eight 60-minute sessions over 4-months

    £800 | £100 per session | Option to pay over 1 or 2-months

    • You've felt stuck for a while and haven't been able to shift it on your own

    • You're navigating a significant career transition and want sustained support through it

    • You've achieved a lot professionally but feel increasingly disconnected from your work

    • You want to understand your values, your strengths, and what a career that genuinely fits you could look like

    • A clear sense of who you are and what you want from work.

    • Confidence in the decisions you make from here.

    • New ways of thinking that outlast our sessions.

    • A career direction that's actually yours.

Munro

Twelve sessions over six months. For the people who want depth, duration, and the freedom to go wherever the work takes them.

The Munro is for someone who wants to properly understand themselves - their values, their strengths, what drives them, what drains them - and use that understanding to build a life and career that genuinely reflects who they are.

Over six months we go beyond the surface-level "what should I do next" and into the things that have been quietly shaping your relationship with work for years. What you were told a good career looks like. What you've been afraid to want. What you've been settling for because change felt too uncertain.

Clients who go through the Munro don't just change jobs. They change how they relate to work entirely.

  • Twelve 60-minute sessions over 6-months

    £1,140 | £95 per session | Option to pay over 1, 2 or 3-months

    • You know you want to change direction but feel too overwhelmed and lost to start from scratch

    • A blank page each week just adds to the noise - you need a map alongside the space

    • You've been going in circles and need more than a thinking partner - a structured pathway and a more intensive level of support

    • You're done waiting for clarity to arrive on its own and want proper, sustained support to find it

    • A growing sense of knowing what you need from work - and what's been quietly getting in the way

    • A clear, aligned direction for your career - grounded in who you actually are, not who you've been expected to be

    • An Alignment Map - a true and authentic representation of what you want and need from your working life, in one place

    • The confidence to move toward that direction and keep making choices that are actually yours

    • A stronger relationship with your own judgment - so you keep making good decisions long after we're done

    • A clearer sense of how you make decisions, how you talk to yourself, how you show up in the rest of your life

    • Permission to want what you want

    • The feeling of being more yourself - not a performance of yourself

    • 12 x 60-minute coaching sessions over six months

    • A tailored pre-start pack - designed for Aonach, so you know exactly what to expect before we begin

    • Session notes after each session if you'd find them useful

    • A Curiosity File to collect anything that catches your attention or sparks something as you go. We build on it across the 12 sessions

    • Between-session tools and activities tailored to you - no homework for the sake of it

    • A strengths and skills mapping tool that looks at what you're good at and how much you actually enjoy it - to find your real sweet spots, not just your competencies

    • Templates to help you organise and document what comes up, so nothing gets lost

    • Between-session contact - you can send things over, share reflections, and keep the momentum going in between

    • A client portal to keep everything for your career alignment journey in one place

Classic coaching FAQs

  • That's completely fine - and more common than you'd think. You don't need to arrive with an agenda. Sometimes the most useful thing we can do in the first session is just figure out what's actually going on. We'll find our way in together.

  • No, it’s Coaching. The distinction matters - therapy tends to focus on processing the past, coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. That said, good coaching isn't shallow. We'll go to the places that matter, and I'll always work in a way that feels safe and supportive

  • No - and that's deliberate. My job isn't to hand you answers, it's to help you find your own. You're more capable of that than you might feel right now. The work is about helping you trust that.

  • The how-to-choose above covers the main decision points - but if you're still not sure, the Connection Call is a good place to talk it through.

There's no pressure to decide before we speak.

  • That's what the Connection Call is for. It's free, there's no pressure, and we'll figure out together whether now is the right time and which option makes sense.

  • If you know you want to change direction entirely and need more than a thinking partner - a structured pathway, career-specific tools, and a more intensive level of support throughout - Aonach might be the better fit. It's a six-month programme built specifically for career change, with a map to follow while you find your way.

Aonach

A supportive path through career change, with a map you can lean on.

For the woman who knows she wants to change direction - but feels so overwhelmed and lost that a blank page each session would just add to the noise. Who needs a map, a method, and someone in her corner for the whole journey.

Who Aonach is for

You know you want to change your career direction. That isn't the question anymore.

The question is where to actually start - and every time you think you've got somewhere, something shifts and you're back to square one. You've been googling, researching, taking personality tests, asking people you trust. You’re probably exhausted and either going in circles or feeling totally frozen. You need something to hold on to and guide you while you find your way.

That's who Aonach is built for - the woman who wants to change direction but feels too overwhelmed and stuck to start from scratch. Who finds a blank page only adds to the overwhelm and needs a map to find her way. Who is done waiting for clarity to arrive on its own and wants proper, sustained support to find it.

If you know something needs to change and you're ready to do the real work of figuring out what - Aonach is built for that.

If you're not sure a full career change is what you need, or a totally fluid and holistic approach feels more like you, my classic coaching options might be the better starting point.

What the work looks like

This is a six-month, twelve-session coaching programme built around a three-phase process I designed from my own experience of changing direction completely - and from working with women doing the same thing. It’s designed for those who want to change direction, but feel too overwhelmed and directionless to start with a ‘blank page’ each session.

The suggested route is grounded in what is proven (both in the coaching space and in employment psychology) to work when making a career change. It's informed by real career change methodology, along with expert coaching conversations.

You still lead every session. You can go wherever feels most important. The structure is there when you need it, not when you don't.

In the later phases, some mapped sessions become more practical - pulling everything together into real themes, options, and next steps that fit around your actual life. So you leave with something concrete, not just more to think about.

The approach

We follow a three phase journey  - Ground, Explore and Align. Here's a little more on what that looks like in practice…

Ground
Ground is where we start - with you as a whole person, not just your working life. Your values, your strengths, your story, the skills that actually energise you, and - probably the most important question we ask - whose voice has been quietly shaping the choices you've made This is where you’ll get to know yourself more deeply in ways you might never have considered before and bring your voice to the centre.

Explore
Explore is where everything gathered in Ground starts to open up. We pull the threads together, find the themes that have real energy for you, and start to see where they point. No rushing into decisions or writing five-year plans, but following your genuine curiosity to see where it leads. This is often where things start to feel exciting again, sometimes for the first time in years.

Align
Align is where clarity becomes something you can actually act on. We take the direction from Explore and test it against the real world - conversations to have, experiments to try, steps that fit around your actual life. You leave with a clearer direction and strengthened confidence to keep making choices that are actually yours.

What changes

From overwhelmed and stuck - to clear, confident and moving toward alignment.

Most women arrive wanting to sort out their career. But what Aonach provides is something much deeper.

When you've spent years being capable, sensible, responsible - taking the next logical step, accepting the good opportunity, keeping other people reassured. And somewhere along the way, you stopped asking what you actually wanted. That's usually where we begin - overwhelmed, confused and stuck.

By the end of Aonach, that changes.

You leave with a growing sense of knowing. Knowing what you actually need from work. Knowing what's been quietly getting in the way. Knowing, maybe for the first time, what a career that's genuinely built around who you are could look like.

You leave with a clear direction for your career - one that's been tested against your real values, your actual strengths, the life you want to live. Not a direction someone handed you. Not the next sensible step.

You will know yourself more clearly and powerfully than you did going in - that self-knowledge tends to ripple into everything - how you make decisions, how you talk to yourself, how you show up in the rest of your life too.

And alongside that direction comes something just as important - the confidence to move toward it. To make decisions from a different place and back yourself. That shift - from stuck and lost to knowing where you're going and feeling capable of getting there - is what Aonach is designed to create.

How Aonach is different from classic coaching

The purpose is the same - to help you understand yourself more clearly, figure out what you actually want, and build a working life that fits you. The difference is in the delivery - and the level of support.

Classic coaching is open and fluid. You bring whatever's most present that session and we follow it. There's no set route, no methodology, no tools designed specifically for career change. It's a thinking partnership - and for some women, that's exactly what they need.

Aonach goes further. It's specifically built for career change - with a mapped out three-phase route, career-change-specific tools and resources built across all 12 sessions, and more between-session contact throughout. It's more support, more structure, and a proven approach designed specifically to take you from confused and directionless to clear and moving.

If you're not sure a full career change is what you need, or a more fluid approach feels right, classic coaching is probably the better starting point. If you know you want to change direction and you need proper, sustained support to actually make it happen - Aonach is built for that.

Aonach FAQs

  • It's coaching! You still lead every session and we go where it feels most important. The difference is that there's a suggested route through the 12 sessions if you need something to follow. Think of it like having a map in your pocket. You don't have to stick to the path, but it's there for when you’re feeling lost.

  • Never. Everything between sessions is there because it might be useful, and is totally invitational. If something doesn't fit, we leave it and find something that does.

  • That's what the Connection Call is for. It's free, there's no pressure, and we'll figure out together whether now is the right time and which option makes sense.

  • If you're not sure a full career change is what you need, or you'd prefer a more open, fluid approach, my classic coaching options might be a better fit.

They range from a single 90-minute session to 12 sessions of sustained support - all following the same person-centred approach, just without the structured pathway.

Most people aren't, and that's completely fine. That's what your Connection Call is for.

It's a free, no-pressure conversation where we talk through where you are, what's going on for you, and which pathway makes sense given all of that. There's no script and no hard sell - just a proper chat to figure out whether we're a good fit and what working together could look like.

Not sure which pathway is right for you?
