Neurodiversity and DiSC®
At As Folk, we believe in using DiSC® in a neurodiversity-aware way. DiSC insights aren’t a label, fixed identity or “one-size-fits-all” tool, but simply a lens to support deeper understanding, adaptation and choice.
We know behavioural preferences, communication and processing styles can vary widely - and we support and celebrate these differences. For our neurodivergent clients, we know their DiSC insights may show greater variance in how their preferences present, and we will support exploration of this within coaching, using insights to work with your brain.
In team settings, DiSC® can also open up positive conversations about difference, creating shared understanding, psychological safety and inclusive collaboration.
