Sessions are typically 50 minutes, except Wainwright, which is a single 90-minuite session.
We meet most clients meet every 2–4 weeks to keep momentum without feeling rushed. We will agree a cadence that suits your goals and schedule.

All sessions take place on-line. A link will always been sent ahead of the session.

Wainwright is a single calibration session to help us explore fit, set direction and give you immediate clarity.
Real, lasting change needs commitment and continuity, not just one conversation. If you are seeking momentum and transformation, choose the Corbett, Donald or Munro pathway.
Multiple Wainwright sessions are available for existing who need occasional coaching to check and re-calibrate on their goals following competition of one of our pathways.

Yes. Everything we discuss is confidential, with the usual legal exceptions around risk of harm to yourself or others. I work to ICF standards and ethics.

Yes. I design leadership and team programmes, workshops and 1:1 executive coaching.
If useful, I can integrate profiling or diagnostics, as I am a certified DISC practitioner.

1:1 sessions, light support between sessions, and tailored resources.
Where appropriate, we can add assessments or tools to deepen insight.

For the Wainwright or Corbett pathways, payment can only be made upfront.
For Donald or Munro pathways, payment can be made monthly, in advance.
We will confirm the plan when you select your pathway.

At least 48 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
