Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, struggling with ADHD burnout, or simply feeling stuck, ADHD coaching can help.

Through neuroaffirming ADHD coaching, I will be your partner in helping you make sense of your unique patterns, then shaping sustainable actions that work with your brain to move towards your goals.

Expect a blend of reflective coaching and hands-on tools, delivered in a judgment-free, shame-free space that centres strengths and compassion. You will get kind challenge where it helps, plus workable strategies you can apply in real life.

Why ADHD coaching matters to me

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 31. That late diagnosis changed a lot for me. It brought relief and clarity, and it also surfaced grief for the years I spent working against my brain. That lived experience is why this work matters to me.

Every ADHD experience is unique. I do not assume your story is the same as mine, my experience simply means you will be met with deep understanding, curiosity and practical support. I focus on strengths, reduce shame, and help you build systems that fit your life.
